Sharon is such a sweetheart and you can just tell she wants to capture the best images she possibly can. Meet Sharon
Hi, I'm Sharon, the face behind the camera of Schackmann Photography. My husband Eric and I have been married for twelve years and live just south of Newton, Illinois. We have four littles that keep us on our toes, and we wouldn’t change it for the world! We love living in such a small, tight-knit community that is allowing me to follow one of my loves- photography.
I have always loved to take pictures. Every family vacation, sporting event, night out in college- you name it and I more than likely had a camera in my hand. Granted, it was just a simple point-and-shoot camera, but it was still a camera. You see, from a young age I realized how important pictures were. It's great to have stories about things that have happened in our lives, but it's even better to have a picture illustrating just how beautiful you looked while pregnant, just how big your child smiled when you got them belly-laughing, just how perfect your husband looked at your baby, just how wonderful life really is. That's why I love taking pictures. Because you won't always be newlyweds/pregnant/a newborn/a family of three/etc. forever. So let's get to capturing your memories!
