Tristan is one! I've enjoyed getting to know him these past six months. Mom had a great idea for his first birthday, but the darn weather had other ideas. We still managed to snag a few outside before we froze and moved inside to the studio. Tristan gave us so many smiles, until, that is, his cake was brought out. This cake was amazing, and mom made it herself! But Tristan really hated it, or was really scared of it. Regardless, he barely even touched his cake. So there wasn't much of a "cake smash" portion to his session, but we all got some good laughs out of it. Happy first birthday Tristan!
