What a fun family! If anyone ever needed an adoption success story, I would tell them about this family. Pat and Leah have so much love to give, and you can tell that Emma and Peyton just adore their mom and dad. All you have to do is look at the smile on Emma's face when Leah is hugging her, or see the big grin on Peyton's when he's holding his daddy's hand. These guys were made for each other, that's for sure!
